Edgar Kasteel

Edgar is an international business development expert and has many years of experience supporting European, American and Asian businesses in establishing or expanding their business across the globe.

In 2005 Edgar founded and managed the Distribution Division of Emergo till 2017 when it was spun out into Luctor Medical. With the introduction of the European Union’s MDR and IVDR, Edgar started to develop a new service "Independent Importer" and founded MedEnvoy Global in 2020 as a sister company of Luctor Medical. MedEnvoy helps manufacturers of Medical Devices and IVDs meet new requirements in the EU, UK and Switzerland while maintaining commercial control, independence, and flexibility. Edgar is one of the partners and the Managing Director of MedEnvoy.
